A $40 booking fee is required.

50% of the service charge is required as a deposit.

Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours notice to transfer the deposit.

Clients must be at least 18 years old with a valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) for all tattoos and adult piercings. Minors seeking eligible piercings must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian with proper documentation.

Clients must sign a consent and liability waiver before every procedure, acknowledging the permanent nature of tattoos, potential risks (such as allergic reactions or infection), and confirming they are not pregnant, nursing, or under the influence of substances.

Clients receiving a piercing must complete a consent and release form detailing the procedure risks, confirming proper identification for age verification, and agreeing to follow professional aftercare guidelines.

Information Collection: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when booking an appointment, filling out consultation forms, or communicating with us. This includes your full name, contact information (phone number, email address), date of birth, and government-issued identification for age verification.

Health and Medical Disclosures: Prior to receiving a tattoo or piercing, you are required to complete consent and health disclosure forms. This information (such as allergies, medical conditions, or medications) is collected strictly to ensure your safety during the procedure and is handled with strict confidentiality.

Data Retention: Client consent forms, identification records, and related personal information are securely stored and retained for the minimum period required by local health regulations, licensing laws, or legal compliance.

Data Protection & Security: We implement appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative security measures to protect your personal and medical information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Third-Party Disclosure: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal or health information to outside parties, except as necessary to comply with the law, protect our legal rights, or with your explicit consent.

Health and Safety: For the safety of clients and staff, services will be refused to anyone who appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or blood-borne illnesses prior to receiving a service.

Right to Refuse Service: Artists and piercers reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, particularly if a design, placement, or request compromises safety, hygiene, or professional standards.

Studio Conduct: We maintain a hushed, well-lit, and respectful environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

Aftercare and Touch-Ups: Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following your procedure. The studio is not responsible for complications or damage resulting from improper client aftercare.
